The complex features an outdoor pool and free parking. In the sea area of Kavarna, you can find several restaurants, small shops, a café-bar and a disco. The center of Kavarna is just 3 km from the complex, where you can find well stocked grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, a great park with children's playground.

Kavarna beach is situated just a 5 minute walk from the complex, and it can be reached by car in 1/2 minutes. On the beach there is a large free car park where you can leave your car just few steps from the sand. The beach of Kavarna is well maintained, with a wide sandy beach. At one end of the beach there is a great place for drinks and fast food. Sun beds and umbrellas are available, but there is also free zone. At the other end of the beach is situated a nice restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious Bulgarian dishes.

The Cape Kaliakra is only 15 km away, and Balchik is situated 20 km. The magnificent Bay and Bolata and Rousalka beaches are only a 10 minutes drive from the resort. You can also visit the nearby Thracian Cliffs golf resort-there you can try the challenge of playing golf, visiting restaurants with varied cuisine or simply enjoy the beautiful Virgin beach.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and a mirror; luxury bathroom with shower cabin, toilet and sink; living room with fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa-bed, on which two people can sleep, coffee table, cable tv and free Wi-Fi. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances/refrigerator with freezer, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, washing machine/; dining area with table and chairs.
