I got to know BHC in the summer of 2017 after recommendation from an another Norwegian. After I had a meeting with them, we sign a contract and they then helped me with recommendations for the apartment, purchased the necessary items and installed them before renting the apartment.

BHC has followed up with monthly reports on my apartment. They have the season 2018 completed the rental and cleaning of the apartment which was far above my expectations as it was the first season of rental in the complex Varna South Bay Beach Residence. After the season was over, I got a clear form of income and expenses for renting the apartment. BHC is a serious rental agency and helps you with what you need from insurance, apartment purchase, taxi, food and beverage when arriving the apartment. With my experiences so far, I can highly recommend BHC as your partner.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with BHC since 2011, when a group of Scandinavian owners established an Owners’ Association in the municipality of Byala in order to cater for our common properties, Byala Vista Beach Residence, with 72 apartments.

As Chairman at the time, our Board selected BHC as property manager of the complex in competition with a couple of other candidates, of which one was the preferred one by the builder. That was probably the best and most important decision ever taken by the Board.

Not only have BHC performed excellently as property manager; they were also engaged as letting agent for most of the owners, a task they have performed to the owners’ full satisfaction.

BHC have the capability to combine highly professional performance with personal and friendly service, both in relation with the owners as well as with our customers, the tenants. This have made them the manager of all the neighbouring complexes at Byala Beach.

It was with some trepidation that we parted company with a trusted lady who had looked after our villa for a number of years but who could no longer undertake same day changeovers. It was then we decided to approach Bulgarian Home Care and any concerns or worries we had were soon allayed.

We have been with BHC since last July and have found the staff to be most professional, friendly and approachable. The villa and laundry have always been cleaned to a high standard ready for incoming guests and the guests themselves have been made to feel welcome and given every help possible to make their stay enjoyable.

If any work on the villa needed to be undertaken, this has been discussed with us and carried out in a timely manner. Photos of the work in progress have been sent to us every step of the way which is most reassuring.

We have now been working together with Bulgarian Home Care, and Chris and Maya, for 11 years.

They have maintained our 25 apartment complex throughout that time, and the quality and condition of the complex is a credit to their ability and dedication. There is no job, big or small, that they cannot, and do not, attend to expertly and swiftly, thereby ensuring the complex runs like clockwork.

During the holiday season there are numerous apartments that are let to tourists. These tourists are also taken care of by Bulgarian Home Care and their staff. These tourists report back with glowing compliments regarding the wonderful condition that the complex is in and, year after year, we see the same tourists returning to spend their holiday there.

Not only this, but they also look after owners’ individual apartments ensuring that they are maintained and spotless, and that any payments to the local authorities are always paid on time. In short, they make owning an apartment at Villa Saint George both possible and enjoyable.

They also overwinter the complex and arrange for regular inspections during the winter period to ensure that the apartments and complex suffer no ill effects from the Bulgarian winter. They are there for us 365 days of the year.

To me the name Bulgarian Home Care is synonymous with professionalism and peace-of-mind.
