Dobrich district is situated in the north-east part of Bulgaria: the Danube Plain and Dobrudja. It borders with Varna, Shumen and Silistra districts. There is a direct connection to Romania (Danube River) and Black Sea. The Dobrich-Town municipality is located in the Dobrich district, which consists of eight municipalities: Dobrich-Town, Dobrich-Region, Balchik, Shabla, Kavarna, Tervel, General Toshevo and Kroushari. The town of Dobrich is the second largest economic centre in Northeast Bulgaria.

The Shoumen district is situated in the central part of Northeast Bulgaria. The administrative division includes 10 municipalities and 151 settlements. The district of Shoumen occupies extremely important strategic position in North-East Bulgaria. The district center - Shoumen city is situated to about 100 km from the big sea cities and port centers Varna and Bourgas and to 100 km average from the two big Danube port Rousse and Silistra.

The Municipality of Nesebar takes the northern part of the Black Sea coast of the district of Burgas. The long coastline and its diversity character create favourable conditions for the tourism development. The municipal center town of Nessebar is located at 20 km from international airport Bourgas. There are 3 towns (Nesebar, Obzor, Sveti Vlas), 11 villages and 2 tourist complex (Sunny beach and Elenite) in the municipal territory.

The Pomorie Municipality is located in the Burgas Province, Bulgaria. The territory is 413,3 km² and the population is 28 572. The main economic activities are tourism, wine industry and grape growing. The main town in the Municipality is Pomorie - a town and seaside resort in southeastern Bulgaria, located on a narrow rocky peninsula in Burgas Bay on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is situated in Burgas Province, 20 km away from the city of Burgas and 18 km from the Sunny Beach resort.

Primorsko Municipality occupies the southeastern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast (Bourgas district). It is a resort and tourism center. Primorsko town and Kiten village have been declared seaside climatic resorts of national importance and are among the most preferred destinations in the summer season. The climate is influences by the continent, the Black Sea and the Mediterranean. The summer is sunny and warm with refreshing winds in daytime and relatively high night temperatures.
