Sokolovo Village is a charming seaside village 47 km from Varna. The village is known as the oldest and longest village in the area and is the fastest growing village in the region. The village is quiet and picturesque. Communication and infrastructure are on high-level. The village has several small food shops and a nice restaurant with delicious cuisine. Of course more variety you may find in Balchik, which is only 5-7 minutes drive.

The villa is located in the center of the village, in extreme proximity to one of the local shops. The villa is suitable for 6 people - there are 3 large bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third one with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioner. Sheets and towels are provided. The villa is serviced by two bathrooms with toilet, sink and a shower. Spacious living-room with sofa, coffee table, satellite TV; Modern kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment - four ceramic hot plates, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer, toaster, pitcher for hot water and the necessary utensils for eating and cooking; table with six chairs for dining.

The villa has a large swimming pool, around which there are sun-beds and umbrellas. The pool is clean and maintained. The pool is shared with another villa build in the same plot. The beautiful summer weather and the delicious food can be enjoyed on the veranda in front of the house as it is equipped with a plastic table and chairs and portable barbecue.

The house is surrounded by large landscaped yard, where there is plenty of green space where you children can play. The villa is a perfect place for families holidays.
